Papel picado is the name for the whole furniture concept for a restauran of Mexican food in Michigan.
The restaurant is inspired by the Papel picado that in Mexico is used a lot for avery kind of festivity or only decoration, which one depending on the celebration change its colors and shapes, but is always colorfull and it gives a lot of joy to a place.
The design of the furnitures is supposed to devide areas and at the same time unify the hole concept.
The first area is the inside eating area.
The second one is the outside eating area.
which one tries to grab some of the mexican family traditions by eating a large group of people (usually family) and remembering the nice weather in a nice and colourfull garden.
The third and last, is the inside bar area.
For the young adult people and the ones who likes eating in the bar, mixing the two previous areas but make it at the same time very original itself.
